View original imageThis Integrated Support Meeting was organized to discuss individualized support plans for each beneficiary in accordance with the Ordinance on Integrated Support for Care Services in Guri City. Participants included officials from various related organizations, such as the Guri City Welfare Policy Division and the Public Health Center, as well as welfare centers, long-term care and rehabilitation hospitals, and service providers.
In particular, this was the first Integrated Support Meeting convened in line with the full-scale implementation of the integrated care project. With a large number of representatives from related organizations in attendance, explanations and training on the project by the dedicated department were provided in advance, which enhanced understanding of the overall project and laid the foundation for cooperation to ensure its smooth implementation going forward.
During the meeting, participants shared support plans for the beneficiaries of the integrated care project and held in-depth discussions on the services that each institution can provide and on possible collaboration measures. The discussion outcomes were comprehensively reviewed, the support plans were approved, and appropriate integrated care services will be provided to the beneficiaries in accordance with the meeting’s conclusions.
Mayor Baek Gyeonghyun of Guri City said, "Through the Guri-style 'Heart-Connecting Integrated Care Project,' the public and private sectors will work in close cooperation so that every citizen can maintain a healthy and dignified life in the community where they have been living," adding, "We will steadily advance the Guri City-style integrated care system without setbacks."
