The two companies agreed on January 12 to sign a “Business Agreement for One-Stop Resolution of Trade Receivables.” This agreement focuses on integrating the workflow from the prevention and management of receivables before they occur (at the billing stage) to the collection and investigation phases after delinquency, by connecting Cheongguseu’s automation and visualization capabilities at the billing stage with Seoul Credit Rating & Information’s execution capabilities in collection and investigation after delinquency arises.
Cheongguseu supports corporate receivables management by automating repetitive tasks such as billing, payment confirmation, receivables management, and tax invoice issuance, and has been advancing AI automation based on transaction data.
Since its establishment in 1992, Seoul Credit Rating & Information has leveraged its accumulated expertise and network in debt collection and credit investigation to perform tasks such as asset investigation of debtors, urging repayment, and receiving payments as part of its debt enforcement work.
Through this collaboration, both parties plan to concretize their business integration so that corporate clients can manage their receivables more systematically and swiftly transition to collection and investigation phases when necessary.
Cheongguseu stated that this collaboration with Seoul Credit Rating & Information brings the team closer to its mission of “protecting the value that business owners have worked hard to create.” The company explained that, beyond simply improving billing, the integration of automation and visualization at the billing stage with credit investigation and collection after delinquency creates an environment where payments can be fully recovered. Cheongguseu plans to continue advancing its end-to-end workflow, from prevention to collection, to further stabilize clients’ cash flow and reduce receivables risk.
