The team repairs sudden road subsidence (potholes), removes debris from traffic accidents, and maintains or repairs outdated or damaged road safety facilities and sidewalks.
Usually, two teams consisting of six members are assigned to handle complaints, while even on weekends and holidays, one team of two members is on duty to maintain a constant emergency communication network and ensure prompt on-site action whenever complaints arise.
The team immediately dispatches to the site upon receiving a complaint, prioritizes urgency and risk, and addresses minor issues on the spot to minimize inconvenience for residents. At the same time, it also contributes to preventing traffic accidents.
In particular, this year, the team immediately handled 1,583 road-related complaints, averaging more than four cases per day, including holidays. It was analyzed that the team processes over 1,500 daily life inconvenience complaints each year. Major achievements include: 526 cases of road safety facility maintenance, 442 cases of road surface repair, 159 cases of road debris removal, 396 cases of drainage facility maintenance, and 60 cases in other categories.
