Agreement Reached to Limit Total Personnel Expense Increase to 3.0%
Seoul Energy Corporation (President Hwang Boyeon) has continued its mature labor-management culture by reaching a wage agreement for the ninth consecutive year without any labor disputes. On December 25, the corporation announced that it had finalized the 2025 wage agreement through negotiations with the Seoul Energy Corporation Labor Union at its Mokdong headquarters on December 24.

View original imageUnder this agreement, labor and management have agreed to increase the total personnel expenses for 2025 by no more than 3.0% compared to the previous year. The negotiation was concluded without any labor-management conflict, while still adhering to the government's total personnel expense guidelines.
This settlement is particularly noteworthy as it marks the ninth consecutive year of a dispute-free wage agreement since 2017. In an environment where labor-management relations at public institutions often escalate into conflict, Seoul Energy Corporation's stable and cooperative relationship stands out.
