Sparrow, a company specializing in application security, announced on the 15th that it has been selected as a "Family-Friendly Certified Company" by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The Family-Friendly Certification system is awarded to companies and public institutions that exemplary operate family-friendly systems, such as support for childbirth and child-rearing and flexible work arrangements, so that employees can achieve a balance between work and family. The certification is valid for three years.
