The "Sangsang Fund" is KT&G's social contribution fund launched in 2011. It operates as a matching grant program, where employees voluntarily donate a portion of their monthly salary and the company matches the amount. The fund is used to support marginalized groups both domestically and internationally, as well as to address urgent social issues.
