Since its inaugural event in 2018, AGF has continued to expand in size alongside rising interest in subculture. This year, for the first time, the festival period was extended from two to three days. The exhibition also reached a record scale, with 71 companies participating and 1,075 booths in total.
The 'Fast Ticket' system, which was introduced last year, allowed visitors to enter from 9:30 a.m., further enhancing convenience. While last year’s fast tickets were limited to 500 people per day, this year the number doubled to 1,000 per day, offering a total of 3,000 opportunities over three days. The average entry time for fast ticket holders was also reduced from about 8 minutes to just 1 minute. Additionally, a new three-day pass was introduced, which not only offered a simple ticket price discount but also significantly shortened the entry verification process.
The final day’s stage events also drew significant attention. Various on-site events featuring multiple virtual streamers, popular overseas animations, artists, voice actors, and creators kept the excitement going.
