The sets were designed to focus on respiratory and bronchial protection and to strengthen basic immunity, and included multivitamins, high-dose vitamin C, lemon ginger concentrate, and pear and balloon flower root concentrate. The products were selected from major domestic manufacturers to ensure quality. The message cards conveyed the following words of comfort: "We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the fire and hope this will help restore residents' health."
Previously, E-Land World provided free on-site health checkups for nearby residents on November 22 and 29, and for workers at the Pungse Industrial Complex on December 3. These checkups included chest X-rays, pulmonary function tests, and blood tests, all conducted by professional medical staff on-site, enabling immediate consultation and examination.
