The Vietnamese government is pursuing policies for smart hospitals and digital healthcare transformation. The GC & Fenica Center is equipped with a high-efficiency screening model capable of analyzing 14 major types of cancer and over 30 types of lifestyle diseases within approximately two hours. The entire process, from registration and testing to image interpretation and result delivery, has been digitized based on the medical information system developed by GC. Additionally, by utilizing RFID wristbands, visitors can undergo screenings without the need for paperwork.
The center widely applies global AI diagnostic solutions to precisely analyze imaging and test data and automatically detect early signs of abnormalities. Technologies certified by authorities such as the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are also included, supporting specialists in interpretation and contributing to enhanced diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
This center goes beyond being a simple screening institution; it serves as a platform for technology transfer and capacity building, sharing Korean medical expertise and technology with Vietnamese medical professionals. GC plans to support the Vietnamese public in accessing international-standard medical services at reasonable costs by strengthening collaboration with local healthcare staff and sharing know-how in operating screening systems.
Ho Xuan Nang, Chairman of Fenica Group, stated, "It is very meaningful to introduce an internationally standardized precision screening model to Vietnam through our collaboration with GC. We hope this center will play a key role in spreading technology-based preventive healthcare and improving the health of the Vietnamese people."
Heo Yongjun, CEO of GC, said, "It is significant that we can now provide highly reliable early screening services to the Vietnamese people based on Korea's advanced health screening experience. Through this center, we aim to spread a culture of prevention-focused health management and make a tangible contribution to Vietnamese society."
