Chief Spokesperson Choi added, "The Democratic Party has ignored even this urgent warning," and continued, "Far from listening to the judiciary's concerns, they instead attacked by talking about 'evading responsibility' and 'awakening'.
He further emphasized, "This reveals that the Democratic Party wants a judiciary that is subservient to the administration, and is effectively admitting to carrying out a legislative rampage."
Spokesperson Lee Chung-hyung also stated in a commentary, "The Democratic Party's crime of judicial distortion is a blatant declaration of dictatorship, aiming to make the judiciary a servant of the administration and to punish those they dislike," and added, "Even the court presidents nationwide have stepped forward, viewing this as an infringement on the neutrality of trials and the people's right to a fair trial."
