View original imageThis agreement expands exemptions from working hours and increases the time allocated for union activities to support the union's autonomous operations. It also includes the expansion of long-term service leave, the introduction of birthday leave, and the establishment of special leave for library staff in accordance with adjustments to working days, all aimed at enhancing the welfare of public officials.
An official from Yangju City stated, "Through this agreement, we have created a stable working environment for public officials and established a foundation for them to focus on their work. We will provide support to ensure the stable implementation of the agreement’s provisions."
