Daegu Urban Development Corporation Donates 4,500 Briquettes to 15 Vulnerable Households
Daegu Urban Development Corporation (President Jung Myungseop) announced that on November 25, it carried out a briquette-sharing volunteer activity in the Daehyeon-dong area of Buk-gu, Daegu, to help vulnerable groups stay warm during the winter season.
In collaboration with the Daegu Volunteer Center, Daegu Urban Development Corporation donated 4,500 briquettes to 15 vulnerable households to ease the heating burden for energy-poor residents. On that day, the Cheongaram Volunteer Group personally visited each home to deliver the briquettes and check in on the elderly residents.

These efforts include providing heating cost support for children from low-income, large families and distributing safety supplies to help vulnerable groups prepare for cold waves.
