Monthly Childcare Allowance of 200,000 Won, Flexible Working Hours, and More
Youngone Group announced on December 2 that both Youngone Holdings and Youngone Corporation have been newly selected as "Family-Friendly Certified Companies" by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The Family-Friendly Certification system is a program in which the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family evaluates and certifies companies that exemplarily operate family-friendly policies. It is regarded as an important management indicator for sustainable corporate growth, while also enhancing the quality of life for employees.
This certification is a result of ongoing efforts to implement various systems and policies that enable employees to balance work and family life. The certification is valid for three years.
Youngone Group has been strengthening its family-friendly management by actively supporting work-life balance. For all employees, the group operates a variety of programs, including a monthly childcare allowance of 200,000 won (for children under the age of six), flexible working hours, a transportation subsidy of 1 million won for pregnant employees, and congratulatory gifts and cash for children entering school.
Youngone Group Vice Chairman Sung Rae-eun stated, "Family-friendly policies are not just a form of welfare, but a core element for enhancing corporate sustainability," adding, "We will continue to strengthen our family-friendly management so that both employees and the company can grow together and fulfill our social responsibilities."
