Yangju City in Gyeonggi Province will be recruiting participants for the "2026 First Half Hope Together (formerly Public Work) Job Program" from December 8 to December 19, 2025.
This program is designed to provide short-term public jobs to vulnerable groups such as low-income individuals and the long-term unemployed, supporting them in overcoming employment crises and stabilizing their livelihoods.

A total of 59 people will be recruited to work in five areas, including administrative support, civil affairs guidance, and environmental cleanup. The project period will run for about five months, from February 2 to June 30, 2026.
Citizens wishing to participate should visit the administrative welfare center for their residential area during the application period with a valid ID to apply. Further details can be found in the announcement posted on the Yangju City Hall website.
The selection results, which will comprehensively review income, assets, and other eligibility criteria, are scheduled to be announced at the end of January 2026.
