She has published poetry collections such as "Words Close to the Heart" and "A Person's Closed Door." She is known for works that delicately offer kind greetings to others, even while dealing with sorrow.
So Ran Park has received significant attention in the literary community, winning the 33rd Shin Dong-yup Literary Award for her poetry collection "Words Close to the Heart," and the 70th Hyundae Literary Award for "Today's Poem" and six other works.
This year's message aims to remind people of the importance of those who support us and encourages sending warm greetings to loved ones.
The design depicts people walking with smiles, holding snacks to share. Inspired by bungeoppang, a popular winter snack, it visually expresses the warmth shared with family and neighbors.
A Kyobo Life Insurance representative said, "In our busy daily lives, we often forget those who are important to us. We hope this message encourages people to reach out to family, friends, and acquaintances they may not often see, and to enjoy a warm winter together."
