Learning AI and Data-Driven Management Innovation... Seoul National University Big Data AI CEO Program
Recruiting and Selecting 30 Participants for the Fourth Cohort
Seoul National University is now recruiting for the fourth cohort of its "Big Data AI CEO Program," which was established with the goal of nurturing leaders for the AI era.
This program targets company CEOs, executives, and key decision-makers. It goes beyond simple technical training, focusing on developing business models centered on establishing management innovation strategies and improving profitability through the use of AI and big data. Operated as part of the Ministry of Employment and Labor's K-Digital Training (KDT) national funding initiative, the tuition is fully covered by government support.
On November 22, Seoul National University announced the recruitment for the fourth cohort, stating, "Through document screening and in-depth interviews, we will select 30 participants. For six months, professors specializing in AI and big data from Seoul National University and KAIST will provide practical knowledge, combining theoretical instruction with hands-on AI projects."
Participants will receive practical training in areas such as ▲data-driven decision-making ▲management strategy and AI utilization ▲designing generative AI-based services ▲AI business model project execution. Notably, at the end of the program, each company will present a real-world project implementing AI, ensuring that the knowledge gained is directly applied to actual business management.
The fourth cohort will run from December 26, 2025, to July 11, 2026, totaling 156 hours. Applications are accepted from November 19 to December 9 at 11:00 a.m. For more details, refer to the Seoul National University K-Digital Training program website.
In the first through third cohorts, leaders from key industries requiring AI-such as finance, law firms, healthcare, startups, and global consulting firms-have participated. Over six months, they have studied and discussed together twice a week, creating a new networking culture centered around knowledge sharing.
Kim Kihyun, CEO of Kiwoom Asset Management (second cohort), said, "Learning complex and challenging AI and big data knowledge was valuable, but what helped me most was sharing and discussing how to actually utilize AI with leaders from various industries. It feels like I have gained practical allies to navigate the massive wave of the AI revolution together."
