Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH) announced on the 24th that it conducted training on "compensation evaluation and review of evaluation reports" on the 21st to enhance the professionalism and transparency of compensation work.
This training was part of the "Compensation School" operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and was designed to improve the professionalism, fairness, and transparency of compensation work, which is a core aspect of public projects.

A director from Korea Real Estate Board served as the lecturer, covering the procedures and methods of compensation evaluation, key points to check when reviewing appraisal reports, and a Q&A session. The training focused on strengthening the ability to review appraisal reports and provided practical, case-based knowledge that can be applied in the field.
Starting with this session, SH plans to expand job training in the fields of compensation and appraisal evaluation. As the accuracy and professionalism of compensation work are essential for protecting citizens' property rights and ensuring the swift progress of projects, SH aims to improve work quality through systematic training.
