KEF Accepting Applications for 'Korea Labor-Management Cooperation Awards' Until December 26
The Korea Employers Federation announced on the 24th that it has begun accepting applications for the 38th Korea Labor-Management Cooperation Awards.
The Korea Labor-Management Cooperation Awards are divided into two categories: large enterprises (with 1,000 or more employees) and medium-sized and small enterprises (with fewer than 1,000 employees). In each category, both a grand prize and an excellence award will be selected.
Winners are chosen based on six evaluation criteria: labor-management cooperation and employee welfare, efforts and achievements in productivity improvement, human resource development efforts and outcomes, industrial accident status and prevention, national and social contributions, and the management philosophy and practical efforts of top executives. The process includes a review by the secretariat, evaluation by a panel of judges, and on-site inspections.
The award ceremony for the 38th Korea Labor-Management Cooperation Awards is scheduled to take place at the end of April next year, and applications must be submitted to the secretariat of the Korea Employers Federation by December 26.
