Stray Kids' "DO IT" Achieves 1 Million on Spotify Countdown
Stray Kids' new album "SKZ IT TAPE," set for release on the 21st, has achieved 1 million counts on Spotify Countdown, a metric indicating pre-release interest on the streaming platform. The title track "DO IT" reached this milestone.
This marks the first time for a K-pop album to achieve this, making it the third overall in history after Taylor Swift's "The Life of a Showgirl" and Tame Impala's "Deadbeat."
The new album also topped the "Countdown Chart Global Top 10" for three consecutive weeks, based on Spotify's weekly user pre-save numbers. After becoming the first K-pop album to reach No. 1 on the chart dated November 5, it maintained its top position through the chart dated November 19.
