Jeonju City to Host 'Jeonju Content Fair' on November 27-28
“Jeonbuk Content Physical Up (UP)” as the Theme
Virtual Convergence Industry Performance Sharing Event
Jeonju City in North Jeolla Province, together with the Ministry of Science and ICT, the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), and the Jeonju Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency, will host the “8th Jeonju Content Fair 2025,” a virtual convergence industry performance sharing event, for two days from November 27 to 28 at the Jeonju Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency.
According to the city on November 20, this year’s event will be held under the theme “Jeonbuk Content Physical Up (UP),” and will serve as a business networking venue to showcase the year’s achievements, including exhibitions of outstanding digital content developed with support from the Jeonbuk Metaverse Support Center.
The main programs include: ▲ Corporate Content Exhibition Hall ▲ Virtual Convergence Technology Seminar ▲ Business Meetings.
Specifically, the event will kick off at 10 a.m. on the first day with an opening ceremony, followed by the Jeonbuk Virtual Convergence Industry Roundtable, where in-depth discussions will be held on the changes and support directions of the virtual convergence industry as experienced by local companies.
Additionally, at this year’s Content Fair, the “Corporate Content Exhibition Hall” will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. over the two days, allowing visitors to experience outstanding virtual convergence content products from seven local companies, including “Journey of King Mu of Baekje,” “Nursing Practice Content,” and “Healing Content for Communicating with Companion Plants.”
On November 28, a business consultation event will also be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring investor consulting and one-on-one business meetings with investment experts.
Furthermore, from 2 p.m. for about three hours on the same day, the “Future Seminar” will take place, featuring a keynote speech and thematic presentations on innovation in AI and the virtual convergence industry, based on four agendas: virtual convergence technology, AI models, infrastructure, and service expansion.
This year’s Content Fair will conclude with “Meetup Day,” which aims to strengthen regional cooperation through company relay introductions and networking.
