GH to Recruit 129 Additional Residents for Pyeongtaek Godeok "Gyeonggi Happy Housing"
Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation (GH) will recruit an additional 129 residents for the Pyeongtaek Godeok "Gyeonggi Happy Housing" complex.
Gyeonggi Happy Housing is a public rental housing program offered at 60% to 80% of the local market rent to provide a stable living environment for young people-including youth, university students, and newlyweds-as well as vulnerable groups such as the elderly and housing benefit recipients.
As of the announcement date, eligible applicants for the waiting list must be members of households without home ownership, and must be between the ages of 19 and 39, including self-reliant youth (those who have left child welfare facilities or foster care).
In particular, self-reliant youth can receive full support for the standard rental deposit in order of move-in date, within the budget, under the "Gyeonggi-do Self-Reliant Youth Housing Cost Support Project." This support is available within five years from the date their protection ends.
Applications for the waiting list can be submitted from December 2 to December 4 through the official GH Housing Subscription Center website (https://apply.gh.or.kr). For inquiries related to the application process, call 1588-0466.
