View original imageOn November 19, LG CNS announced the launch of its CDP (Customer Data Platform) Agentic AI service, 'Clairvo,' which automates the entire marketing process using artificial intelligence (AI). When a marketer enters a question or instruction in natural language, the Agentic AI automatically handles a series of tasks, from customer analysis to target group creation and campaign activation.
A CDP is a platform that collects, integrates, and analyzes data generated at customer touchpoints and utilizes it for personalized marketing. After introducing its own CDP last year, LG CNS applied it to the marketing activities of corporate clients in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, and food, achieving results such as reducing campaign execution time by more than 60 percent.
This time, LG CNS has combined Agentic AI technology with its existing CDP to establish an autonomous decision-making and execution structure. Key functions such as customer data analysis, target group creation, and campaign activation have each been converted into AI agents, and the Agentic AI integrates and orchestrates these agents to automate marketing work. Users can perform their work simply by conversing with the AI, without the need to navigate multiple screens.
For example, if a user enters, "Which customers are likely to respond well to this product?" the AI extracts the optimal group of customers with a high purchase probability and even suggests channel strategies based on recent behavioral patterns. For customers who are active app users, it automatically recommends app push campaigns, while for those with high conversion rates via KakaoTalk, it suggests KakaoTalk notification campaigns.
The AI also supports real-time personalized responses to changes in customer behavior. For customers who have only added items to their cart, it proposes coupon reminder campaigns; for those who repeatedly view a specific product page, it suggests strategies to provide information on new products. In addition, when given requests such as "Show me the monthly count of membership sign-ups among product purchasers," the AI instantly provides visualized data in the form of graphs and tables, allowing users to check indicators without any additional processing.
Clairvo is available as both a subscription-based and on-premises solution, enabling companies to adopt it according to their environment. LG CNS plans to release a global version within the year and is also advancing agents for collecting distributor site data by country and for analyzing global trends and competitors.
