Mapo365 Resident Center Sauna Opens for the First Time, Free Pilot Operation for One Month
Operated as a 'One-Stop Health Management Platform'
Mapo District in Seoul (Mayor Park Kangsu) will conduct a pilot operation of the Health Management Center (men’s and women’s sauna) located within the Mapo365 Resident Center until December 21, prior to the official opening. This is to ensure operational stability and to gather feedback from users.

The Health Management Center features three baths each for men and women (cold, warm, and hot baths), both dry and steam saunas, changing rooms, and relaxation spaces. The district will also have professional staff such as body scrubbers and male barbers available at all times.
During the pilot operation, the Health Management Center will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekends, and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on public holidays. The center will be closed every Monday for safety inspections.
For safety management, each user’s visit is limited to two hours. During the pilot period, anyone can use the facilities free of charge after a simple registration process at the first-floor information desk.
Mapo District will conduct a user satisfaction survey and a comprehensive inspection of the facility’s operations during the pilot period to check for safety and convenience factors. The district plans to actively reflect the results in the official operation plan, further detailing operating hours, staffing, and the fee structure.
Additionally, the district is considering offering customized health management programs, such as fitness assessments and exercise prescriptions, by linking with the Fitness Certification Center that will be established within the facility in the future. The district aims to connect the Health Management Center, Fitness Certification Center, and Fitness Center to develop an integrated ‘one-stop health management platform.’
