The Korea Veterans Health Service (Chairman Yoon Jongjin, hereinafter referred to as the Service) announced on the 18th that it held the "National Veterans Nursing Home Directors Meeting" on the 17th, with participation from headquarters management and directors of eight veterans nursing homes nationwide.

View original imageThis meeting was organized to share key initiatives and best practices from veterans nursing homes across the country, as well as to gather feedback on challenges and suggestions from the field in order to seek improvement measures.
During the meeting, major on-site topics were discussed, including presentations on innovative operational achievements, collection of feedback on difficulties, and identification of directions for improvement. In particular, various measures to enhance the quality of nursing services and increase resident satisfaction were discussed in depth.
Yoon Jongjin, Chairman of the Service, stated, "Veterans nursing homes are the most important sites for supporting a dignified retirement for national merit recipients. We will work to activate channels of communication so that the voices from the field can be actively reflected in policies and operations, thereby providing better veterans welfare services."
