Threatened With Weapon After Shoulder Bump at Sillim Station... Man in His 20s Arrested in the Act
A man in his 20s was apprehended by police after threatening a passerby with a weapon following a shoulder bump at a subway station.
On November 18, the Gwanak Police Station in Seoul announced that they had arrested a man in his 20s, identified as Mr. A, at around 8:15 a.m. on charges of special intimidation and are currently investigating the case.
Mr. A is accused of bumping shoulders and falling with a man in his 30s at the ticket gate of Sillim Station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, then grabbing the man by the collar and threatening him with a weapon taken from his bag.
Mr. A was subdued by the victim and subsequently arrested by the police. No injuries were reported.
