Jeongeup City Central Library to Host Lecture by Kim Hakryul on the 21st

"230,000-Subscriber YouTuber 'Ppasyong' and Bestselling Author"

Jeongeup City Central Library in North Jeolla Province will host a lecture at 7 p.m. on November 21 in the auditorium on the first floor of the Central Library, featuring author Kim Hakryul, a bestselling writer in real estate and economics and a YouTuber with 230,000 subscribers known as "Ppasyong."

According to Jeongeup City Central Library on November 18, the lecture will be held under the theme "Outlook for the 2026 Real Estate Market, Asset Management, and the Future of Real Estate in Honam." Kim Hakryul is the head of Smart Tube Real Estate Research Institute and is also a leading influencer in the real estate sector, well known for "Ppasyong's World Exploration."

The Central Library aims to help citizens make sound asset decisions and develop practical perspectives on asset management amid the rapidly changing economic environment through this lecture.
