Xenon Secures Second-Phase AI Project from Korea Midland Power
Advancing the AI Agent Platform
Driving Work Automation with Actionable AI
Xenon, a company specializing in generative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, announced on November 18 that it has secured a contract for Korea Midland Power’s “AI Agent Platform and Work Automation Development” project.
Previously, Xenon built the generative AI service “Hi-KOMI” for Korea Midland Power based on its own generative AI platform, GenOS, and launched the service in December last year. In this second phase of the project, Xenon plans to further advance Hi-KOMI over the next 14 months, establish an AI agent work support system, and expand this into a company-wide work framework.
Through this second phase, Xenon will also focus on enhancing the functions and quality of the existing platform implemented at Korea Midland Power. First, the Hi-KOMI service, which was previously only available on PCs, will be integrated into Korea Midland Power’s mobile groupware, enabling use on smartphones. As the platform is upgraded from the first phase, various cutting-edge AI technologies will be additionally introduced. Furthermore, Xenon will expand the scope of AI-powered work by developing machine learning and deep learning-based predictive models to optimize the “coal blending” process.
Notably, the core of this project, “AI Agent Platform Development,” will incorporate Xenon’s latest AI technologies, such as the “OneAgent” based on “Actionable AI.” This next-generation AI agent is capable of recognizing computer and browser screens like a human, directly operating systems, and completing tasks autonomously. Through this project, Xenon aims to fully implement Actionable AI-based agents within this year, presenting a new model for work innovation across the power generation and energy industries.

Ko Seoktae, CEO of Xenon, stated, “Winning this second-phase project was made possible by the high satisfaction of Korea Midland Power’s employees with the Hi-KOMI AI service we implemented last year, our proven technological capabilities, and our deep understanding of the power generation work environment. Through the AI agent platform project, we will accelerate digital transformation across all aspects of power generation work and significantly enhance work efficiency and productivity with Actionable AI.”
