A Two-Day, One-Night Employment Mentoring Camp with the Pukyong Career Mentor Group
The University Job Plus Center at Pukyong National University (Director: Kim Cheolsoo) held the “Pukyong Career Mentor Group Current Employee Mentoring Camp (Large Corporations)” at Hwangnyongwon in Gyeongju from November 13 to 14.

View original imageThis camp was organized to invite alumni mentors currently working at large corporations, aiming to help current students improve their understanding of various job roles and develop practical employment strategies.
Five Pukyong National University alumni, currently employed at major companies in diverse industries such as semiconductors, electronics, defense, IT, and automotive, participated as mentors. A total of 40 students took part in the two-day, one-night program, sharing job experiences with current employees and receiving practical advice on industry trends and hiring processes in each sector.
The University Job Plus Center provided a variety of programs, starting with a motivational special lecture on the first day, followed by corporate job and industry analysis, employment strategy development, and career roadmap planning. In addition, customized mentoring by industry sector enabled participating students to gain a more concrete understanding of their desired fields and receive practical feedback to help them set future career directions.
