Over 200 Units of Signature Croissants Like "Berry Croissant" Sold Daily
On November 18, Shinsegae Food announced the launch of four new croissant products developed by bakery BO&MIE, featuring ingredients such as pistachio, chestnut, and pecan.
The four signature croissants currently sold at BO&MIE-Berry Croissant, Chocolat Croissant, Butter Croissant, and Almond Croissant-each sell more than 200 units per day on average.
The new lineup includes Pistachio Ganache Croissant (7,500 won), Chestnut Buttercream Croissant (6,900 won), Strawberry Ripple Jam Croissant (6,400 won), and Pecan & Nuts Spread Croissant (6,900 won). Each croissant is filled with a filling made from the main ingredient and topped to highlight the unique flavor profile, allowing customers to fully enjoy the depth of each ingredient.
BO&MIE croissants are made 100% by hand using Foricher, a premium French flour produced with a traditional stone milling method.
A representative from Shinsegae Food stated, "We have launched new croissant products by incorporating ingredients that are gaining popularity in various desserts into BO&MIE's signature menu. We will continue to reinterpret the authentic flavors of Paris to suit Korean consumers' preferences and offer new gourmet experiences."

Meanwhile, in October, BO&MIE also released four meal bread varieties with increased whole ingredient content for enhanced nutrition: Pumpkin Fig Campagne, Pistachio Nuts Cheese Campagne, Olive Emmental Potato Ciabatta, and Jalapeno Cheese Ciabatta.
