In addition, a dedicated test drive track of about 800 meters, featuring slopes and speed bumps, has been established as a specialized program, allowing customers to experience the durability and ride quality of vehicles before purchase.
The center is staffed with professionals who provide one-on-one personalized consultations. For customers who are unable to visit in person, a live consultation service will also be introduced, enabling real-time communication with experts online.
Kia has also established an "EV Lounge" where visitors can experience its electric vehicle lineup. The "Kia Shop," which displays aftermarket products and allows customers to see vehicles equipped with these accessories, will also be operated.
The PBV Experience Center on the second floor will serve as a space to sequentially showcase the PBV lineup in the future. In the "PBV Exhibition Zone," visitors can see various PV5 models in different interior and exterior colors, as well as the PV5 Cargo model developed in collaboration with the global tool brand Milwaukee. An augmented reality (AR)-based experience program is also available, allowing visitors to explore the potential uses of PBVs.
Additionally, there will be a test drive program for customers to experience PBVs firsthand, as well as business-exclusive spaces such as a business lounge, an Inspiring Zone, and a Business Square, catering not only to individual customers but also to corporate and public institution clients.

In collaboration with Korea Expressway Corporation, a road connecting to the Pyeongtaek Complex Rest Area has been established, and observation decks will be provided to make the site a local landmark.
A Kia representative stated, "Based on the differentiated programs within the center, we aim to set a new standard for used car purchases and establish ourselves as a hub that grows together with the local community."
