Children who are members of the Korea 119 Youth Group participated in the event. The children, with their small hands, directly approached citizens to deliver messages about fire safety, creating a fire prevention activity that resonated with the public. They handed out promotional materials explaining fire hazards such as heating devices and power strips commonly used in winter, along with small gifts that the children had carefully prepared.
At the Dongbu Fire Station, children experienced fire trucks and ambulances up close and expressed their gratitude to the fire station staff. Each participating child received a keyring and stickers featuring "Ilgu," the mascot of the 119 rescue dog, as gifts.
