Field-Oriented Compliance Program Activities Led by Practice Leaders
On November 13, KCC announced that it held a 'Compliance Day' event with active participation from executives and employees to strengthen awareness of fair trade compliance and put it into practice.
This event was organized to establish a proactive compliance program (CP) culture in which members actively participate, with fair trade compliance practice leaders at the center. In the first half of the year, KCC held a Compliance Day event led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and appointed all team leaders across the company as practice leaders.

Team members identified potential fair trade risks that could arise during their work and developed improvement plans. They also shared real cases and discussed ways to further enhance compliance awareness.
By sharing pre-work consultation systems such as standard contract reviews and internal transaction deliberations, as well as internal reporting systems like the cyber whistleblower hotline, KCC also strengthened its risk prevention framework.
