Since its launch in 2017, it has established itself as a model focused on strengthening on-site experience and competencies.
This year, a total of 433 participants joined the program in the first and second halves. For the first half of next year, 215 young people will participate at 42 institutions and companies, including Jeonbuk Bank, Jeonbuk Center for International Cooperation, and Jeonbuk Credit Guarantee Foundation.
The selected interns will undergo a five-week job experience program from January 12 to February 13 next year, and will also receive pre-placement training to help them adapt to real work and prepare for employment.
The province expects that, through this program, young people will be able to experience actual work environments and enhance their job understanding and employment competitiveness based on practical experience. Applications can only be submitted online through the official Jeonbuk Youth Job Internship website.
Meanwhile, the program continues to draw steady interest and positive responses from local youth, as evidenced by the 1,026 applicants for the second half of this year, reflecting consistently high competition rates each year.
