Toss CX Establishes First Regional Hub in Busan with Big Data Contact Center
"Three-Digit Local Talent Recruitment Planned for This Year"
Toss CX, the customer service subsidiary of Viva Republica, announced on November 10 that it has opened a next-generation, big data-based contact center in Haeundae Centum City, Busan.
This is the first time Toss CX has established a contact center outside of Seoul.
The company's goal is to create a sustainable job ecosystem and expand local talent recruitment.
Toss CX plans to hire a three-digit number of local talents by the end of this year.
The company also intends to enhance service quality and build a database for artificial intelligence (AI) training.
