Eligible applicants are Samcheok Sarang Card merchants operating in Samcheok City and small business owners with annual sales of 500 million won or less. Each representative may apply for only one business location. However, both the business registration address and the resident registration address must be in Samcheok City, and businesses that have closed, among others, are excluded.
Applications can be submitted at the administrative welfare centers in the applicant’s registered town, township, or neighborhood. Required documents include the application form, business registration certificate, resident registration certificate, tax payment certificate, and a copy of the bank account.
