Samsung Electronics Service is conducting pre-inspections of Samsung Electronics system air conditioners used at CSAT test sites nationwide ahead of the 2026 College Scholastic Ability Test.
The purpose is to check the operational status of Samsung Electronics system air conditioners in advance so that test-takers can take the exam in optimal conditions.
This pre-inspection will be carried out at approximately 260 test sites under the jurisdiction of 10 metropolitan and provincial education offices nationwide, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Busan, until November 12, the day before the CSAT.
Samsung Electronics Service's professional engineers will visit each test site to thoroughly check the overall operation of the system air conditioners, including trial operation of cooling and heating, and inspection of indoor and outdoor noise levels.

View original imageThey will also use Samsung's "S-NET Real-Time Monitoring Program for System Air Conditioners" to meticulously inspect the status of key components and identify any potential signs of malfunction.
The pre-inspection is provided free of charge, and if additional repairs such as parts replacement are required, a discount on service call fees will be offered.
On the day of the CSAT, November 13, an emergency contact system will be established with regional education offices and test sites nationwide to provide "emergency inspection services."
The CSAT emergency service team will be stationed near the test sites on the day of the exam, providing prompt services such as emergency on-site visits and guidance on temporary usage methods.
