View original imageThis event was jointly hosted and organized by the Toegyewon Hillstate Apartment Residents' Representative Council (Chairman Choi Donghyeon) and the Korea Healthy Walking Federation (President Yoo Jaeseong) to encourage local residents to walk together, enjoy themselves, and practice a healthy lifestyle. Mayor Joo Kwangdeok, along with heads of local organizations and other guests, attended the event, filling the autumn night with health and music.
Participants in the walking competition walked about 4 kilometers along the Toegyewon Bridge, the Toegyewon Station promenade, and the road in front of the Hillstate complex, fostering unity and communication among local residents. The event was especially meaningful as it brought together a wide range of generations, including families, seniors, and youth.
After the walk, participants moved to the Toegyewon Multipurpose Hall and enjoyed the "Healing Concert" together with Mayor Joo Kwangdeok. Thanks to the enthusiastic participation of Toegyewon Hillstate residents, the concert featured high-quality classical performances and received an enthusiastic response from the audience.
Citizens expressed high satisfaction, saying, "Walking and music together provided a time of healing for both body and mind."
