More than 40 participants attended, including members of the Youth Participation Committee and student council members from local high schools.
The event began with a performance by a youth club, followed by the "Whisper Whisper Counseling Center" segment, during which a variety of questions were raised on topics such as school life, career paths, and community involvement. Mayor Lee Byung-sun empathized with the youth and offered practical and heartfelt advice.
During the talk concert, the youth proposed adjustments to village bus routes and schedules, taking into account the difficulties of increasing city bus services, as well as measures to improve the safe use of electric scooters. The city plans to forward these suggestions to the relevant departments for review.
Meanwhile, projects proposed by the Youth Participation Committee last year-such as establishing a dedicated caf? within the Children and Youth Culture House and installing CCTV cameras on nearby roads-have been completed following active review and implementation by the city. Continuous improvements are also being made on other suggestions, such as installing safety facilities to guarantee pedestrian rights.
