ChatGPT and Financial Accounting Sessions Receive Positive Response
On November 7, Gwangju City in Gyeonggi Province held capacity-building training for social welfare officials at Sunam Hall in City Hall. The training was organized to respond to changes in the field, where the professionalism and diversity of welfare work are expanding, and to support the improvement of practical skills among social welfare officials as well as the establishment of a tailored welfare system.

View original imageThe training consisted of three sessions: a lecture on "Utilizing ChatGPT and AI" by Hong Youngil, CEO of the Fun and Meaning Lab; "Financial Accounting for Social Welfare Corporations and Facilities" by Lim Heeran, Team Leader of the Gyeonggi-do Provincial Residents' Rights Committee; and "Welfare Projects Seen Through Civil Complaint Responses and Audit Cases" by Park Sanguk, Team Leader from Uijeongbu City.
In particular, the first lecture introduced examples of using AI and ChatGPT in public administration, presenting practical methods to enhance the efficiency and productivity of welfare administration work, which received a highly positive response.
