'1 Trillion Won Sales Signal'... APR Achieves Strong Growth in Both Sales and Operating Profit in Q3
Sales Up 122%, Operating Profit Up 253% in Q3
Beauty Device Sales Reach 100 Billion Won
APR achieved its highest-ever quarterly sales and operating profit in the third quarter of 2025, signaling a strong likelihood of reaching its annual sales target of 1 trillion won.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on November 6, APR announced that its third-quarter sales reached 385.9 billion won, with an operating profit of 96.1 billion won. Compared to the same period last year, this represents a 122% increase in sales and a 253% increase in operating profit, setting a new record for the company on a quarterly basis. The operating margin stood at 24.9%, demonstrating robust profitability despite the impact of tariffs imposed by the United States.
Bolstered by these quarterly results, APR has effectively secured its previously stated annual sales target of 1 trillion won. On a consolidated basis, cumulative sales for the first three quarters of 2025 reached 979.7 billion won, more than doubling from the same period last year. Cumulative operating profit for the same period stood at 235.2 billion won, marking the first time in the company’s history that operating profit has surpassed 200 billion won.
By business segment, the strong growth of the cosmetics and beauty divisions drove overall quarterly performance. Sales in these segments reached 272.3 billion won in the third quarter, representing a threefold increase year-over-year for two consecutive quarters. This growth was attributed to the global popularity of products such as the “Zero Pore Pad” from the brand Medicube, among others. In particular, the PDRN line, which has surpassed 15 million units in cumulative global sales, generated solid revenue not only in the United States but also in Korea and various regions worldwide.
The beauty device segment also recorded sales of 103.1 billion won in the third quarter, a 39% increase from the previous year. As of September 2025, the cumulative global sales volume of Medicube AGE-R beauty devices reached 5 million units. With the rise in global sales, more than half of the segment’s sales now come from overseas markets. Overseas distribution channels, such as ULTA Beauty in the United States, continue to expand, and the launch of new products like the “Booster Vibration Cleanser” and “High Focus Shot Plus” is expected to sustain growth in the future.
By region, the increase in overseas sales was particularly notable. Overseas sales grew by 210% year-over-year, surpassing 300 billion won in a single quarter for the first time, and accounted for 80% of total sales. The United States, which represented 39% of total sales, became the first single country to exceed 150 billion won in quarterly sales, driven by the success of Amazon’s “Prime Day” and expanded distribution channels. Other regions, including Europe and emerging markets, also saw steady demand, with sales in these areas growing approximately fourfold compared to the previous year.

APR plans to maximize its performance in the fourth quarter as well, following the strong results of the third quarter. With the growing influence of K-beauty among consumers in the United States and other Western markets, the company intends to further accelerate overseas sales growth. An APR representative stated, “Thanks to the enthusiastic support of global consumers and a significant increase in cosmetics sales, we achieved strong results in the third quarter of 2025,” adding, “We will do our utmost both domestically and internationally to maximize sales in the remaining fourth quarter of this year.”
