Seoul Asan Medical Center announced on November 5 that Kim Heechul of Super Junior donated 100 million won to fund the treatment of cancer patients. This donation was made in celebration of Super Junior's 20th debut anniversary.
Kim Heechul stated, "I decided to make this donation because I hope that patients struggling with cancer can receive treatment safely and comfortably," and added, "Super Junior has received so much love over the past 20 years, and I am happy to be able to give back even a little through this donation."
