Nudge EAP Introduces Mental Care Content... Expanding Beyond Counseling to Self-Care
On November 5, Nudge Healthcare, a digital healthcare company, announced that its subsidiary Dain, which operates the B2B integrated mental healthcare platform 'Nudge EAP,' has newly introduced 'mental care content' to support the mental well-being of office workers.
The mental care features of Nudge EAP now incorporate specialized content from 'Trost,' a leading domestic mental healthcare platform acquired by Nudge Healthcare earlier this year. As a result, users of the Nudge EAP service can now access Trost’s professional mental health management content within the dedicated corporate service environment.
The mental care tab in the Nudge EAP app offers content such as ▲sound therapy ▲daily meditation courses ▲emotion diary ▲routine ▲weekly letter. These five types of content are designed based on Trost’s expertise to help users manage their mental health anytime and anywhere.
'Sound therapy' provides auditory-focused content such as meditation, ASMR, and audiobooks, which help induce sleep, reduce anxiety, and promote emotional stability. The 'daily meditation course' supports users in establishing calming routines through step-by-step meditation programs and personalized meditation guidance. The 'emotion diary' and 'routine' features help relieve stress by encouraging users to record their emotions and practice self-care. The 'weekly letter' regularly delivers information and practical tips related to mental health.
Nudge EAP is a B2B healthcare solution that enables client company employees to comprehensively manage both mental and physical health. Through the app, users can assess their psychological state and utilize a variety of health management features, such as counselor matching, step goal achievement, and participation in challenges. The platform also includes psychological assessments and a location-based counseling center search, allowing for seamless access from remote counseling to offline connections. Currently, more than 2,000 companies in Korea and abroad have adopted Nudge EAP to provide psychological counseling and emotional support for their employees.

Song Minkyoung, CEO of Dain, stated, "Through the synergy with Trost, we are now able to offer a personalized mental care experience even in corporate EAPs. By adding self-care content to the traditional counseling-focused EAP service, we will continue to strengthen our lineup of mental care content so that office workers can manage their mental health on their own, anytime and anywhere."
