Vice Chairman Heo is expected to lead SPC Group’s transformation and innovation to both strengthen its global business competitiveness and restore stakeholder trust.
On the same day, Heesu Heo was promoted to President, nine years after becoming Executive Vice President in November 2016. As Chief Vision Officer (CVO) of BR Korea, he has led innovation at Baskin Robbins and Dunkin’, spearheaded the introduction of global brands, and driven new businesses such as digital transformation. Recently, he successfully brought the leading American Mexican food brand “Chipotle” to Korea and Singapore. Going forward, he plans to continue identifying future businesses to secure new growth engines and enhance global competitiveness.
In addition, Executive Vice President Seho Do was promoted to President and appointed CEO of Paris Croissant. President Do has concurrently served as CEO of both BR Korea and SPC, and since May, has chaired the “SPC Committee,” the CEOs’ consultative body, leading the group’s efforts to establish a culture of safety and mutual growth.
Executive Vice President Jaehyung Kyung, who previously served as CEO of Paris Croissant, was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and designated as the new CEO of SPC Samlip. Senior Executive Vice President Kyung will operate the company under a co-CEO system with CEO Beomsoo Kim, aiming to continuously enhance market competitiveness through management innovation and strengthened safety management. Sangho Ji, Executive Director, has been designated as the new CEO of Shany. The management reshuffle at SPC Samlip and Shany was carried out to reinforce industrial safety systems.
