Jeonju University set up its booth under the theme of the "Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province × Jeonju University RISE Project Group" joint innovation model. In collaboration with Jeonbuk Province, Buan County, and Jeonbuk Bakery High School, the university jointly developed a new bakery product, "Buan Mulberry Shell Bread," utilizing Buan mulberries, a local specialty.
This project was carried out with the goal of "industrializing regional specialties and connecting them to youth career paths." It included a variety of programs such as: operating joint education courses between high schools and universities; developing prototypes and conducting practical training linked to local industries; and marketing design projects for global food branding.
