The graduates were assigned to key departments at Air Busan, including cabin crew, flight operations, maintenance, management, and sales, where they gained practical experience alongside current employees and deepened their understanding of the aviation industry.
"Dream Campus," which began in 2021 and is now in its fifth year, is Air Busan's flagship educational donation program. It has been well received for providing local youth with high-quality education and hands-on training opportunities.
An Air Busan representative stated, "We feel a great sense of fulfillment in supporting the growth and career exploration of local youth based on our differentiated aviation expertise and educational know-how," adding, "We will continue to focus on nurturing talent to lead the future of the aviation industry."
