Gyeonggi Province Achieves $44.15 Million in Export Consultations at World Korean Business Convention
Gyeonggi Province dispatched 53 small and medium-sized enterprises from the province to the "29th World Korean Business Convention" held over two days from the 28th to the 29th at Songdo Convensia in Incheon, achieving a total export consultation performance of 44.15 million dollars (approximately 62.9 billion KRW).
The World Korean Business Convention is the largest Korean business network event in the world, hosted by the World-OKTA (World Federation of Overseas Korean Traders Associations).
This event was attended by over 1,000 Korean businesspeople and more than 200 overseas buyers from 70 countries.
To support the global expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province, Gyeonggi Province operated a group exhibition booth and provided opportunities for business consultations with on-site buyers.

Over the two days, participating companies achieved export consultations totaling 44.15 million dollars and promoted contracts worth 5.17 million dollars through pre-arranged matches and on-site meetings.
Park Kyungseo, Director of International Trade at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "This exhibition served as an important opportunity for companies in the province to enter overseas markets through networking with Korean businesspeople around the world," and added, "We will continue to provide ongoing support so that our companies can remain competitive in the global market."
