Yeongnam and Honam Join Hands for Sharing... Daegu and Gwangju Urban Corporations Volunteer for Farm Work in Gwangju
Daegu Urban Development Corporation (President Jeong Myungseop) announced that on October 23, it held the 'Dalbit Alliance Exchange Event' together with Gwangju Urban Corporation (President Kim Seungnam), and carried out joint social contribution activities to promote mutual growth between Yeongnam and Honam regions and realize social value.
This event was an extension of the mutual cooperation agreement for joint social contribution activities signed by the two organizations in April last year. Following last year's volunteer work to support apple farms in Gunwi-gun, Daegu, this was the second exchange event. This year, the organizations deepened their cooperation by volunteering to help harvest sweet persimmons at farms in Pyeongchon Village, Mudeungsan, Gwangju.
