Ministry of National Defense: "Four Suspended Counterintelligence Generals Returned to Their Respective Military Branches"
Four general officers from the Defense Counterintelligence Command, who had been suspended from duty due to their involvement in the December 3 Martial Law Incident, have been reinstated to their original units.
On October 29, the Ministry of National Defense announced that four general officers-including Lim Sam-mook, Director of Division 2 at the Defense Counterintelligence Command (Air Force Brigadier General), the Director of Division 1 at the Defense Counterintelligence Command, and two commanders of counterintelligence units supporting the Ministry of National Defense and Army Headquarters-have been returned to their respective military branches.
