Goodbye to bullying, ostracism, and sexual harassment!
Busan Port Authority (BPA), led by President Song Sanggeun, announced that it conducted a workplace bullying and sexual harassment prevention campaign on the morning of October 29 for employees on their way to work.
This campaign was organized to prevent physical and psychological violence or harassment that may occur in the workplace and to create a safe environment based on mutual respect.
During the campaign, BPA actively promoted awareness among employees by distributing leaflets that included key examples of workplace bullying and sexual harassment, procedures for handling incidents, and information about grievance counseling channels.
