SH Signs MOU with Korea Association of Realtors to Boost Commercial Real Estate Supply

View original imageOn October 28, Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH) announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Association of Realtors to boost the supply of commercial real estate and expand the professional roles of licensed realtors.
Through this agreement, SH will support the brokerage activities of licensed realtors in the sale of land and retail spaces owned by the corporation that are subject to private contracts within Seoul. In addition, SH aims to invigorate the leasing of office facilities such as Seed Cube Changdong, and will enhance public access to information by linking SH’s real estate data with the association’s Hanbang transaction information network.

Hwang Sangha, President of SH, stated, "Through this agreement, we will seek new avenues for supplying commercial real estate and support the expansion of professional roles for licensed realtors. Moving forward, we will continue to provide reliable real estate services to citizens based on close cooperation with the association."
